Thank you very much. I phoned Strung Out on a Saturday early afternoon to ask advise as i was experiencing tennis elbow and cramping in my higher forearm. My old racquet was strung with a poly at 60lbs, and lighter than my new racquet. You suggested I come and see you with both racquet. I bolted down and got there with 30mins to spare before closing.With your professional advise and excellent service you suggested I try the same strings at 50 or 55lbs.
Even after the first wk I was not getting anymore pain. I have given it 3wks & cannot believe the difference. Four wks on and I cannot be happier. Thank you for you time, patience and professional advise. I will be back and I have told friends to go to Strung Out.
